We specialize in crafting seamless joy-filled gatherings, where you can fully immerse yourself in the moment and create ​unforgettable memories with your guests. With our catering services, we are able to help with the following:

What Sets Us APart

We Use High Quality Oils

We DO NOT use conventional canola, seed, and vegetable oils. All of our food and ​desserts are prepared with high quality, pure avocado, coconut, and olive oils in addition ​to pasture-raised and grass-fed butter, any animal fats based on our client’s preferences.

We Love Using Organic and Farm Fresh Local Produce

If organic and local seasonal produce is available and within your budget, it is our first ​choice. We believe in using clean, high quality ingredients with the least amount of ​toxins.

We Use Clean Filtered Water For Prepping, Cooking, and BeVerages

We are picky about our water (and our coffee!) We DO NOT use tap water. Instead, we ​use Kangen 11.5 High Alkaline Water to wash all fruits and vegetables and use clean ​filtered water for all cooking and in preparation of our delicious beverages to support a ​healthy lifestyle.

Chef Christa Castro is a certified Holistic Chef and a graduate of Bauman College and Kelly Carmona, self ​taught in the kitchen, has researched holistic health and eating for over 10 years to help better her own ​family’s health. We love discovering healthy and delicious food combinations that help balance blood ​sugar and heal the body as a whole. Our passion at Harvest Radiance is to create delicious flavors and ​cohesive balanced meals with nutrient dense ingredients. We have included menus below that can be ​customized to your party needs for buffet and family style service and depending on our your party size, ​we may be able formal plated dinner service.
